Introduction to beer home brewing is for those considering this fun hobby.  Participants will review the three brewing methods available to home brewers (extract, extract with grains, and all grain).  You will also learn the roles of water, yeast, hops, and barley, the equipment needed (with examples), and resources for recipe formulations.  A question and answer segment will follow.  Beer will be sampled during this class.  One 2-hour session.
